We offer a 3 day return policy on hair unless it is a final sale piece! (This includes resale pieces)

Return and Refund policy:

• Terms of return (ship the item back to us within 3 business days of delivery and receive a refund minus a 10% restocking fee and original cost of shipping. Item must not be worn or altered in any way. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fee. If item was purchased during a no restocking fee sale then buyer will not be charged a 10% restocking fee but will still incur the shipping fees to and from KyLin. If the item was a free shipping item there will be a shipping fee of 15$ that will be withheld from the refund if purchased during a no restocking sale)
• Process for return (contact us to initiate return and once approved ship the item back with insured shipping)
• Process of refund (buyer will receive a refund minus a 10% restocking fee upon us receiving the item and assessing it)
