We try to make the process super easy for you! You send us your wig or hair pieces and we do all the work. You get paid! We photograph and list your pieces on our website! When it sells you get paid minus cc processing fees and our fee of 10%. (We only accept name brand pieces at this time. We do not accept Amazon, temu, or unbranded.)

Review the resale terms, then print and complete the form.

Include your name, email, and Venmo and/or PayPal account information.

Carefully package your item(s) and place the completed resale form inside.

Ship to the address included in the form.

We strongly recommend shipping with tracking and insurance, as Kylin is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Once shipped, send your tracking information to sales@kylinhaircollections.com.

Please allow up to 3 weeks for your piece to appear on our site.

Please send pieces clean and freshly washed. If additional styling is needed, Kylin Hair will style and photograph your piece before listing.

There are no upfront costs. Upon sale, you receive 90% of the sale price after credit card processing fees 2.9% and shipping fees (shipping fees are paid by the buyer.) KyLin LLC retains 10% as a commission.

Payment is made via PayPal or Venmo Friends & family. If you prefer a credit to shop with on the site you can totally do that instead! Who doesn’t love a fun shopping spree? In some cases, Kylin may offer you an instant cash offer or KyLin cash offer prior to listing. You are never obligated to accept either offer and can continue selling through the standard process. If you are interested in an offer let us know on your form.

Kylin will hold and work to sell your pieces for as long as you'd like. They will be safely stored until sold or returned to you upon request. We do ask that you give us a minimum of 60 days of having your pieces listed. You can request your pieces back at any time after the 60 days. Simply let us know and you will only be responsible for return shipping costs.

KyLin offers a 3-day return policy on all hair sales unless marked as final sale. Payment will be issued after the return window closes following the buyer's confirmed receipt of the piece, so please allow for shipping and processing time from the sale date.

For human hair wigs and toppers we are currently only accepting name brand pieces in good to excellent or new condition. For Synthetics, we are only accepting new name brand pieces. All items must be in good wearable condition. We will not accept any items with bald spots or ventilation work needed. If we receive items like this you will be responsible for shipping costs back to you.

Yes! We take hair toppers as well as long as they are in good condition and not damaged. We are only accepting name brand toppers.
