We know finding the right hair for you might take time and you may need to try different pieces and that is why we offer our return/ refund policy!

Yes! Everything purchased on our website is eligible for a return unless it states that it is a final sale item. (Hair care, wig grips, ponytails, hats, headbands, and wraps would be final sale items due to hygiene purposes. We know that finding the right hair for you can be a process which is why we have our refund policy In place to better serve you! 

You have 3 days from delivery (Day 1 = delivery date) to start a return. Weekends are not included in the 3 day window. 

Items must be unused, lace uncut if that is how it came to you, hair unaltered, without added product, in original packaging, with clips closed and any gifts included.

We offer two easy options:

1. Store Credit (Most Popular) — No restocking fee! Instantly reusable, never expires, and can be applied toward any future piece. Use it immediately or save it! 

2. Refund. Refunds are issued in USD and will be applied to your original payment method, minus a 10% restocking fee and the original shipping cost paid on your order in around 7-10 days. If you ordered during a no restocking fee sale then the 10% fee is waived but the cost of shipping will still be incurred and not refunded. If you purchased a free shipping item during a no restocking sale the shipping fee of 15$ will not be refunded on the returned order.

** Please be advised on international orders that KyLin will not be responsible for any duties/customs fees to you or back to us and if we pay fees to receive your package those fees will be held back from the refunded amount whether it is a no restocking sale or not. **

KyLin will provide the return address and step-by-step instructions.

• Return shipping is handled by the buyer (we recommend a trackable, insured service to protect you from lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items in transit to us.
• Returns postmarked after the 5-day window are not accepted.
• KyLin does not provide prepaid labels.

Orders for in-stock pieces may be canceled as long as they have not yet been shipped!

You may choose between:

• Full store credit, or
• Refund to original payment method less a 4% processing fee which covers cc processing fees and time

Preorders can be cancelled but will incur a fee due to the fact that they being custom made! If you cancel within one week of ordering you will be refunded minus a 5% fee . If you cancel after one week then you will incur a 10% fee.
