How do I sell my wigs through you?

We try to make the process super easy for you! You send us your wig or hair pieces and we do all the work. You get paid! We photograph and list your pieces on our website! When it sells you get paid minus cc processing fees and our fee of 10%. Please reach out to us to find out more details! We only accept name brand pieces at this time. We do not accept Amazon, temu, or unbranded.

How do I know what color wig to choose?

We take photos and videos in multiple lighting options so that you can get a feel for the true color of the wig! If you need help choosing the right color for you or want advice please reach out to us!

Do you offer returns?

We do! Resales are eligible for return as well as our KyLin Hair Collection Wigs. There is a 3 day window to return a wig if you decide it’s not for you. We charge a 10% restocking fee if you decide to return your wig.

How Do I Know What Size To Buy?

The best way to know what size to purchase is by measuring your head! If you need to learn how to measure please visit our “How To Measure My Head” page. If you know your measurements then here is a general guide and we give advice on size in our listings. S 20.5-21.5 M 21.5-22.5 L 22.5-23.5

Can I send in hair toppers as well?

Yes! We take hair toppers as well as long as they are in good condition and not damaged. We are only accepting name brand toppers.

Is there a fee for cancelled orders?

Yes. We do have to charge a 5% cancellation fee on preorder wigs. On orders cancelled after shipping confirmation there will be a 10% fee as well as the cost of shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally. There may be an extra fee depending on location and shipping costs. You will receive a text or email about the added shipping costs before we send your order out and you can make the decision if you would like to proceed. You can also reach out to us before placing your order to find out what the fee would be. Fees typically range from $10-$50 depending on where you are located. We are not responsible for any any duties, customs or fees related to your delivery.

How long do preorders take?

We have had preorders shipped as quickly as one week from the order date, however, we have also had orders take up to five weeks to ship out. We conservatively say 4 to 6 weeks for pre-orders. When ordering a size large lace top it can take longer than this!
